The café-restaurant of the Gerstner K. u. K. Hofzuckerbäcker (royal confectioner) is located in the cavalier wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Here we spoil our guests with classics from Viennese coffee house culture. Relax with a traditional melange, enjoy the original Viennese apple strudel from our K. u. K. Hofzuckerbäcker Show or fortify yourself for the rest of your visit to the castle with a classic Viennese schnitzel.
